We are delighted that you have shown interest in Eyeful Photography. The privacy of your information is my top priority and below details how my site handles and protects your personal information. This applies to your browsing the website and submitting your data through the site's Contact Form.

Who is Eyeful Photography

We are a photography business, based in SW London, run by professional photographer, Tammy Marlar.

All uploaded images on this website are displayed under the copyright of Tammy Marlar and Eyeful Photography. All images are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

 

For clients who have bought digital files as part of our service, EyeFul Photography and Tammy Marlar grants limited reproduction rights for personal use only. However, full private galleries and separate copyright buyout fees may apply.

Any client who has had a photographic session with Tammy Marlar and have bought digital files are entitled (under license) to use them for personal and non-commercial purposes, including producing prints, posters, canvas wraps, books and other printed materials, multi-media slideshows and other computer or electronic media projects, as well as sharing on social media.

The user licence specifically excludes the sale of the digital files or items produced from the files for commercial gain, advertising, publicity or any other commercial use without the written permission from EyeFul Photography. If permission is required to use any digital files commercially, or for any other use not listed here, or if any doubt exists as to the extent of licensed usage, then please contact us.

If you are a third party, and would like to use some of my pictures then please contact Tammy Marlar at EyeFul Photography. Whilst the portfolios on this website have permission from the clients who have been photographed, this does not extend to third party usage, thus permission would have to be sought from my clients.

General Data Protection Act 2018

The processing of personal data, such as your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to EyeFul Photography. By means of this data protection declaration, we would like to inform the general public of the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, this is to inform you of your rights.

ICO Data Protection Register

We are exempt from registration in the ICO Data Protection Register because we only process personal data for marketing, accounting and administrative uses.

What personal data we collect and why

If you enquire through the Contact Form on ‘Contact us’ page of this website, we collect your Name, Surname, Email and Telephone, Subject and Message, in order to get back to you about your query. Other than this form data, this website does not collect any personal data about visitors.

Who we share your data with

We take your privacy very seriously, and will not contact you for any other products or services, nor will we share your data with any third party.

How long we retain your data

I will continue to retain your information until it is determined your consent no longer exists or if you withdraw your consent at any time. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

 

Analytics

This website uses Analytics services from Google and Microsoft. We don't collect any personal data from visitors to this website, other than the Contact Form.
